How to Place an Order

Placing a custom order is easy. You can call, email, or fill out our online quote request form with the details of what you're looking for.

We may have a couple of questions, but once we have a clear understanding of your project, we'll guide you in the right direction and send you a quote. If you approve the quote, we ask for payment and then begin working on a digital proof for your order, showing the design, colors, placement, garment or accessory, sizes, and quantities. Once you approve the artwork, your order moves into production.

When your order is complete, we'll email you confirmation that your items have shipped. Shipping options are available at an additional cost depending on the amount of your order.

Order Minimums

  • Embroidery – Polos & Shirts: 10 piece minimum
  • Embroidery – Caps & Beanies: 12–24 piece minimum
  • Personalized Apparel: 12 item minimum
  • All other services, including DTF transfers, promotional items, laser engraving, and branding, are quoted per project. Reach out and we'll walk you through it.

Order Turnaround

Turnaround varies by service and quantity, and we'll confirm your timeline with your quote. Need it sooner? Ask us about rush options when you request your quote.

How to Pay & Forms of Payment

You can pay securely online through our store's checkout, which accepts all major cards along with the express payment options shown at checkout, or we will generate an invoice for you to pay depending on the order. 

Can I Bring In My Own Shirts & Caps?

In many cases, yes. We accept customer-provided garments and accessories as long as we can confirm they can be decorated. Please bring brand-new blanks rather than used or previously decorated garments, and include a packing list with quantities, sizes, and colors for everything you're bringing. If items are individually bagged or tagged, unbagging and untagging fees may apply. Please note that we're unable to accept unique or high-value garments due to the risk of damage.
